Overview
知运 LifeKline (“the App”) is an iOS app for Bazi chart input, life fortune trend analysis, daily fortune reading, and decision divination. This privacy policy explains what information the App processes, how it is used, and how you can contact us.
The App is intended for lifestyle and entertainment reference only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
Information You Provide
To generate readings, you may enter or select:
- Name or nickname (optional)
- Gender
- Birth year, date, time, and calendar type
- Birth place / city information
- Bazi pillars and fortune cycle information
- Questions for decision divination, such as career direction, relationship choices, or offer selection
- Custom API configuration, including Provider, Base URL, Model, and API Key
How We Use Information
The information you provide is used only to:
- Generate Bazi chart and life fortune analysis
- Generate daily fortune readings
- Generate decision divination suggestions
- Save recent analysis history locally on your device
- Manage free trial usage and Pro purchase status
- Send requests to the selected AI service when you choose to generate AI content
We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for advertising.
Local Storage
The App stores the following data locally on your device:
- App settings, such as analysis mode, custom Provider, Base URL, and Model
- Custom API Key in the iOS Keychain
- Recent analysis history in local UserDefaults
- Installation ID and free usage count in local UserDefaults
- Pro unlock status obtained through Apple’s StoreKit entitlement system
You can delete locally stored App data by deleting the App from your device. Some purchase records are managed by Apple and remain associated with your Apple ID.
Built-in AI Service
When you use the built-in AI analysis mode, the App sends the information needed for the selected feature to the LifeKline analysis service, including the Bazi input, app version, client type, installation ID, and purchase status headers used for access control.
For daily fortune and decision divination, the relevant Bazi input and question text may be sent to the built-in service to generate the requested result.
The built-in service is used to return analysis content to the App. We do not use this data for advertising.
Custom API Mode
When you choose custom API mode, the App sends your prompt and Bazi / question content directly to the API endpoint configured by you. This may include third-party model providers such as OpenAI, DeepSeek, Qwen, Moonshot / Kimi, Z.AI, SiliconFlow, OpenRouter, or another compatible provider.
Your use of a custom provider is subject to that provider’s own privacy policy and terms. Please review the provider’s policy before using custom API mode.
Your custom API Key is saved locally in the iOS Keychain and is not sent to LifeKline’s server.
In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not collect or store your payment card information.
The App may read Apple StoreKit entitlement information to determine whether Pro features are unlocked.
Analytics, Ads, and Tracking
The App does not include advertising SDKs. The App does not use third-party tracking SDKs for behavioral advertising.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Data may be processed by:
- LifeKline’s built-in analysis service when you use built-in AI mode
- The AI provider selected by you when you use custom API mode
- Apple for App Store purchase processing
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Choices
You can:
- Use custom API mode if you prefer to use your own model provider
- Clear App data by deleting the App from your device
- Avoid entering optional information such as name or nickname
- Contact us with privacy questions or data-related requests

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
