Flower is a focus timer app that grows flowers as you concentrate. Complete focus sessions to earn coins, unlock new species, and build your personal flower garden.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start a focus session?

Open the app and tap the timer. Set your desired duration, then tap start. A flower will begin growing — if you complete the session without leaving the app, the flower blooms and is added to your garden.

What happens if I leave the app during a session?

If you exit the app or cancel the session, the flower will not bloom. Stay focused to grow your garden.

How do I earn coins?

Coins are earned by completing focus sessions. Longer sessions reward more coins. Use coins in the shop to unlock new flower species.

How do I unlock new flower species?

Go to the Shop tab and browse available species. Each species has a coin price — once purchased, that species may appear as a reward when you complete future sessions.

What are fragments?

Some rare flowers require collecting multiple fragments before they fully unlock. Keep completing sessions to collect fragments over time.

How do I use tags?

You can tag your focus sessions (e.g., “Study”, “Work”, “Reading”) to categorize your time. View tag-based statistics in the History tab.

How do I view my focus history?

Go to the History tab to see your past sessions, weekly totals, and focus streaks.

Flower Plus

What is Flower Plus?

Flower Plus is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks premium features including exclusive flower species, advanced statistics (heatmap, tag distribution, best focus hours), iCloud sync, weekly/monthly reports, and seasonal themes.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the Flower Plus page and tap “恢复购买” (Restore Purchases). Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device.

Will I lose my purchase if I reset my data?

No. Flower Plus purchase records are managed by Apple and are not affected by resetting app data.

What does “reset data” do?

It deletes all focus records, garden flowers, coins, tags, and species progress. Your Flower Plus purchase is not affected.

iCloud Sync

How does iCloud sync work?

If you have Flower Plus, your garden data syncs automatically across your devices via iCloud. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID on all devices.

My data isn’t syncing

  • Ensure iCloud is enabled in System Settings / Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.
  • Check that the Flower app has iCloud access enabled.
  • Give it a few minutes — sync may take time on slow connections.
