Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AnySearch (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
AnySearch is a file search utility for macOS that indexes file metadata on your local device to provide fast file search functionality. The App operates entirely locally and does not transmit data to external servers.
Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly Pro: Auto-renewable monthly subscription
- Yearly Pro: Auto-renewable yearly subscription
- Lifetime Pro: One-time purchase
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
Free Trial
The App provides a limited number of free searches. After the free search limit is reached, a paid subscription or lifetime purchase is required to continue using the App.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
